Architectural Review Committee

The Architectural Review Committee, or ARC, is responsible for interpreting and enforcing the architectural guidelines of the community. These guidelines are meant to insure that Wilcox Estates property owners create/maintain/update homes that are both pleasing to the eye and appealing to all who live here, thereby protecting the financial investment of each homeowner. Our consistent review process include helps to support:

  • Consistent look & feel throughout the neighborhood.

  • Property values that are better maintained and protected.

  • Safer and more secure living conditions.

Architectural Review Process:

  1. ACCESS & REVIEW WILCOX ESTATES ARCHITECTURAL GUIDELINES HERE

  2. SUBMIT YOUR ARC REQUEST USING FORM AT RIGHT

  3. EMAIL ANY SUPPORTING DOCUMENTS TO ARC@WILCOXESTATES.ORG

  4. ALLOW 5-7 DAYS FOR REVIEW AND INITIAL RESPONSE. FOR LARGE, UNUSUAL, OR UNPRECEDENTED REQUESTS, PLEASE ALLOW 7-14 DAYS.
